Hi there
new Bio as I'm now 66 and still overweight
fighting my 'set weight'
I am Dutch, live in the Netherlands, have travelled the world. speak fluent English, write books and paint pictures.- lived in England all my youth, lived in Spain and Bali for a while, - now we travel to France whenever we get the chance - and I LOVE eating out at good restaurants...
only now it's time to take control again.
