You can get it back ... just remember why you're doing it. Try on a pair of pants you're trying to fit into. That does it for me every time.

Keep going. Just focus on the next 5 pounds. Concentrate on the number 185. It can really help when you get that craving for something or just don't feel like exercising! Look at where you have been and pat yourself on the back.
