This is a great mantra! I've noticed most of the destruction occurs to the person spewing the negativity, not the person receiving it. Hateful people destroy their own view of the world, their own ability to accept, and their own spirituality. They wind up bitter and alone and don't understand why they have no friends, no family and no warmth in their bleak tiny grey world. 

So true, it’s not hard to change ones thinking for the better. They seem to wonder why negative things happen in their life and living in the past is the worst thing a person can do, you’ll never move forward in life with a negative attitude!! True story 😉💪🏼
