Back on track full force.....I am going to do this, I have 7 lbs to get to my goal and it is going to happen for me, I know it! I am feeling pretty good about everything that is going on right now, shocking enough and that is totally motivating me to do this! I had volleyball last night and it was wonderful, got a great work out from it and I am looking forward to tonight also, have another game and am hoping it is as good a workout as last night was!
Started off my day with my yogurt and will have a smoothie for snack. Have some rice and sauteed veggies for lunch and come veggies for afternoon snack. Going to do something not on the list for dinner tonight, hubby is sick and he is craving jambalaya so I told him we could have it...oh well, one mishap a day isn't bad right!!!
