Gave in and had pizza and beer again last night. I'm not sure how I'm not GAINING weight, the way I've been eating. Of course, I don't eat much during the day so maybe that helps... but it's NOT a healthy cycle, and I can see that clearly myself. Get going! I need to eat better at night!
