Today it has been a good day. I have been swimming with a friend. She finds going swimming alone boring as well, so we went as a team and it was great! We have been talking a lot, swam 750 meters. Not too bad, considering I haven't been swimming for the past two or three months.
I feel better, it seems all the energy is back :) I really hope this feeling will stay. I am currently at home, not able to work. Some days are really horrible, some days are much better and it seems the "Good old me" is back. I used to be a very motivated and active person. Since my mother died I have been struggling and especially the past seven months, every day it was getting worse. Weigh gaining and yo-yo dieting is a consequence of this mood. Today I feel positive, I feel and felt good. I would like to practice some sport tomorrow as well. It gave me a lot of energy!
