happy I've lost some weight. so annoyed at myself though cause I stayed on plan all all week until the weekend hit and my sister had a buffet of birthday cake and other goodies. ant tips for staying on track on the weekends? xx

My only tip is to plan and log your weekends beforehand with a bit of leeway then, when temptation rears it’s head, you ask yourself firmly “is it worth it?” It doesn’t always work but it focuses your mind a bit.
