Today I’m feeling really good. My weight has dropped by almost 1.5lbs this morning despite the fact there were distractions last week. I was out for dinner twice, Saturday was a bit of a party AND I stopped using the daily diary. I want to get away from constantly referring to the diary so as not to become OCD about it. It seems to be OK. This part week I have also started cutting down the amount of salt in my food
