Yesterday and Today sucked for me. Not sure why I have just been in my depression mood. I have a walk to do on Saturday that is 4 miles so hopefully things will go well and that will help pick my mood back up!

I ate and ate and ate like a pig. cheese is my weakness. and anything salty. I really need to kick those habits. Just another thing to add to my ongoing-never ending list of things to do...

Just work on one ditching one bad habit at a time.. or adding in one good habit at a time.. to try and change everything all at once can be a bit daunting. When I started out the first thing I gave up was pop.. (for health reasons) but if you already don't drink pop.. my number two thing I did was getting 5 servings of fruit and veggies a day. Let the changes become a part of your life style as apposed to something you are just doing now for a while.
