yuk i'm sick so i'm not at work but i also dont think eatings on the cards going to attempt to make today a liquids only day apart from the waffle i had this morning i hate being sick :(

Pink, if you are going to have today as a liquid only day, just remember that your body is being knocked inside from infection and will need healthy food choices to kick their butt into touch! I hope you feel better soon sweetie!

Thank you, im going to eat soup i think probably with a little bit of buttered bread but at the moment i feel far to delicate to even smell food lol
