Finished Atkins Induction 2 weeks. I'm thinking my body needs fruit. Badly. Weight Watchers old "Core" program worked extremely well for me, and I'm going back now that I have proven willpower and strength to myself. I love the new Simply Filling plan and I know it works. I'm very excited! Lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks, but did it with doubt in my mind the whole time about whether it was right for me. My family will benefit from this as well. I'm still pumped and even more excited than before!!

Great job! Just add the carbs back in slowly in order to keep the weight you have lost off. It may take a few weeks.

Suzi's given you perfect advice....your body's been used to 20 or fewer carbs so adding a whole heap of them right away will only add back those pounds. We've seen this happen to more people, so be careful. Good luck on Weight Watchers.

Well it was a very short-lived transition. I couldn't stand the way I felt. Sluggish, no motivation or energy, and I gained 5 pounds in 3 days with my momentary lapse of reason. BACK TO ATKINS! =) (I'll never make that mistake again).
