Back to my old eating and feeling so much better. Hopefully we can get some more low cal, fat free strawberry frozen yogurt and coconut water so I can start drinking a small protein shake in the morning. Experimenting with yeast-less, low carb, pizza dough, I've been craving homemade pizza so hopefully it's at least half ass decent. I was too busy to workout this morning so I'll try to work out twice tonight. I'm surprising myself with my cardio, but I've set my own goals high, I'm definitely nowhere near where I used to be endurance or flexibility wise, but I think I'm still at least slightly above average.
Just checked the progress of one of my challenges, and wow! I'm 5th for overall weight lost in my team and 1st for most lost in one week. Definitely have to kick ass to make 1st for overall!
