day 255....GOOOOOOD MORNINGGG!!!!!! i want to thank all my fs buddys and anyone else for all the positive comments, support, an well wishes when i hit another mini goal yesterday..just wish i could bottle that feeling so that the days im wondering if im gonna get the weight off i could spray it..and have that instant motivation...lol 26 outside..19 with the wind chill..hopin that by the time i get done with my weight routine, it will be warmer so i can get my morning walk in..ive switched the walk and the gym workout around thinkin it will make my body wonder why i did that..i read somewhere in the last 2-3 days its a good idea to change your daily workouts, after 30-40 days, to give your body a new challenge..so thats what im tryin to do right now....hope everyone has a great day..and a great workout..keep it moving..and dont forget to stretch!!!!!
ADDON:Just got bck from my morning walk..temp is the same as it was earlyer..we got a dusting of snow, followed by freezin rain..just enough that when you walk on it..its something to keep your attention on..lol..only did the 4 step.. once or twice while my feet were catchin up with my body..i prefer walkin in the early morning, and gettin it over with, but il try this for a while and see how it goes..im sure once i get use to it..then it will seem alot better..at lest do it for 30-40 days and then switch it up again..

Hey friend, I sure hope you find a way to treat yourself for all your hard work! (but not with food!) Maybe you should go get yourself a new pair of walking shoes, or some weights that strap on your ankles or wrists. It'll make that walk much more effective!! what's the next MINI GOAL??

OOooo... I saw some of those at office max yesterday! lol Think they were like $20, and so tempting to buy... I know they surely can't hurt much at this point! lol Okay, for me, maybe they could, but I would consider them!! I hear they are really good! :)

i hold 5lb dumbels on a treadmil, my favorite are punching as i walk! put them down while i run. i mentioned that in our message. idk you might look funny walking in the snow punching tho! LOL
but yes, get weights... i love it!
