So far, no weight change overnight. My Monday is off-schedule, but managing to keep the eating crave at bay. Took the grandkids to Braum's for lunch - I ordered a grilled chicken salad with 1000 island dressing. I ate about half of it and saved the rest for supper. When I got home I was still a little hungry, so I ate a handful of peanuts, a chocolate peanut butter fat bomb, and drank a cup of Keto mocha coffee with a tbsp of coconut oil. So far 1264 kcal, so tonight will be another Keto coffee and the rest of the salad. Note to self: Hang in there today and worry about tomorrow, tomorrow.
P.S.: After my mid-afternoon snack, I wasn't interested in supper. I drank a couple of glasses of water and ate a slice of cheddar cheese instead. Here it is bedtime, 12:29, and I'm not even hungry! Hard to believe!
