My period got the best of me, but it could have been much worse. For three days I've basically had one higher than normal carbohydrate meal, but surprisingly enough I was still able to do intermittent fasting at the same time.
This with a combination of a coffee in the morning (1 tbsp heavy cream and 15 drops of stevia) and not completely sabotaging myself made it so the only damage done was a little bit of water weight. Waist still measures the same, and my clothes still fit amazing.
Back on keto today, and I'm going to start tracking again again for a few days to keep me accountable. Then it should be smooth sailing from here. Im halfway there and a little snag isn't going to throw everything I've done down the drain.
