I lost 2 pounds in two days-that was my TOM weight. I am doing so much better with food though. My appetite is not as voracious in the evenings, so trying to stick with salad and maybe a yogurt or a piece of fruit for dinner. No booze since Sunday! I have had a headache for over a week-I think it's my eyes. They are next on the list. Starting a new med today for alopecia. Another pill! I am running out of room.
