Well, I am still working out 6 days a week though I took off Saturday and Sunday to rehab my sore knee a little.... Not sure what I did to it....think I may be doing step aerobics to often at the gym. I'm also not sure about how much weight I am dropping but inches are coming off I know because I bought a pair of gym pants and I couldn't even get them over my thighs much less my butt, and yesterday I wore them to the gym soooo.....I must be heading in the right direction. I also have a hard time getting in my required calories that I need to eat. I always seem to come up short. I was a once a day eater for a year or better and now I think I am going to die when I have to force myself to eat for the sake of metabolism. Guess I better fill in gaps with fruits and veggies. I have to force myself to eat fruit since I don't really like it in its natural state (only in pies and such) LOL No wonder I have been overweight for soooo long. Well, good luck to everyone this week and just keep on moving :)

Great job keeping up the exercise commitment! Definitely take care of your knee. Having an injury could thwart all your efforts for quite some time! It's so fun to fit into the clothes we have that were too tight before. That is the real "scale" to show you how you are doing. The number scale is not a reliable soure at all. You are probably doing yourself a favor not weighing in too often as long as you know you are making progress! Keep up the great effort!

Sounds like you are doing great. When I had been exercising about a month my ankle started hurting. Found out it was the way I was tying my shoe! I started thinking, man, I am doing something good for myself and I am not going to quit now! Glad it was just my ankle. Did taking saturday and sunday off help your knee any? Have you taken Motrin? that is an inflammatory med. If you have any swelling it will help it. Just be careful. That is awesome about getting in those gym pants! I'm proud of you. Your doing great!!
