BlueFront's Logboek, 08 jun 18

I logged the Japanese meal from Tuesday night as best as I could. Not like they advertise their nutritional information on the menus. As far as I could guess I only went over my goals by a few hundred calories. so Wednesday and Thursday I managed to go a few lower. it's early morning Friday now and I'm really hungry but I'm not weak so I'm going to watch my blood sugar and see if I can hold off on insulin and food the morning. Some days my insulin rises before I do and I must take a shot then an hour later I get dizzy and have to eat something. We'll see if I can stay off the roller coaster today. I really want to show a little weight loss on Monday since I lost none last week. oh well, maybe it takes my body two weeks to catch up, a gal can dream can't she?
