cabawi's Logboek, 13 feb 08

So I have hit the gym hard the last couple of days, added in my stretches and added an extra 30 minutes of incline bike in the evening. I am not as busy at work this week, so I am spending the time on my body.

My body is looking old when I am naked. I have dry skin and I live in a very dry area. No humidity, and the bits of extra skin looks like a lizard.

In clothes, I feel much better. Maybe I should just stop looking at myself naked.

Lol. I can relate to the "lizard skin". The elasticity of my youth just isn't there anymore. But the benfits of the weight loss far outweigh that aspect so I don't let it get to me. Own it. Live it. Love it. Way to go with the extra workout. GO RED GO!
