Back from my sister's house in NC. There from Mon. night to this morning. Back on atkins tomorrow!! It was impossible to follow induction (or atkins at all) this week at the atkins hater house. I'm finishing up tonight with a few little things I haven't allowed myself on atkins but will NOT be allowed tomorrow. I'll weigh in tomorrow morning and check the damage. I hated not being on atkins this week but now I know atkins is responsible for my permanently upset tummy being a ton better and my hubby knows it too!

If nothing else, finding out the other benefits...like the absence of your upset tummy....is a good thing. It is funny to realize these sorts of things. I found the pain in my hips every night disappeared when I went on Atkins. Go figure. And good for you for starting right back up again tomorrow.
