I am not one to blog much but if this helps me to continue on to a better healthy eating lifestyle that is then what I must do.

Last night was a down fall since I started this mid last week. I know what I did wrong and don't want to repeat it again.

Being 5'3' and almost 180 lbs I am no longer feeling good about myself. I have a 17 yr old son soon to be 18 in a month and will be graduating high school the following Spring. My goal is to be down some weight, look and feel good for his high school graduation.

I started a month ago cutting out soda pop. I went from being a Mt. Dew drinker to diet Mt. Dew for two years and seen that it was not helping. So Last month I started to buy water...that is all I want. I don't have the craving of pop...Yeah ME! But occasionally I do have a half of can of Mt. Dew after lunch at work...still working on that...baby steps I call them. Then starting at the beginning of this month I started walking, tendonitis and all.

So with getting this new app Calorie Counter a week ago and this site I working on those steps of losing the weight. My thighs will no longer keep me shy of a bathing suit or shorts!!!!
