SYSTEM RESET here we go. Last time I made too big a deal out of it in my head. And gained 2 oz. So this time... ONLY broth. The Broth has extra collagen, cream of Tartar and salt. When I start getting shaky from working out in the heat (out 30 minutes in for an hour to cool off and hydrate) I add a little fat.So far so good. 17 hours in. Un-sweet everything else.
