My goal is 27lbs by my 46th Birthday. If I can accomplish that, I will be a hundred pounds down from my pre-surgical date. I believe I can accomplish this! If I do not, however, that is no reason to beat myself up over it. If I lose 19lbs (Completely reasonable, due to the surgery) I will have lost twice my age: 92lbs is nothing to feel bad about. :)
