SoCalPam's Logboek, 23 jun 18

I haven't hit my first ten pounds of weight loss, but I have lost a few inches and moved from "obese" to "overweight" on the BMI scale. Goals! I found a chart of my measurements that I'd started five years ago so I could see that my body actually is beginning to change, even if there isn't a big drop in weight. It encourages me to keep on keepin' on.

That’s great! I feel like I’m so far from the healthy BMI range but I will keep on keepin on too!!
