Gained a pound overnight. Weird FatSecret message told me I was gaining seven pounds a week! What's with that? It is mixed up! Anyway, I ate too many carbs yesterday and too many today. The balance of carbs/fat is what I am looking at most, although I have a target of 1300 calories. Both days carbs were about 12% instead of below 10%. Trying to keep fats above 70%. I was successful in avoiding the dessert table at our church lunch today. I ate deviled eggs, salads, and pulled pork, no BBQ sauce. Possibly the mixed veggie stir fry had some sweetener in it. It is hard to judge other's cooking. Must make up for it by riding my stationary bike longer than 30 min. today!Update: Rode 45 min. I'll do better next week. It extrapolates out every weigh in to a weekly average. It thinks you are losing a pound every day this week which I'm sure would be nice but is probably not the case, right?
