Hello everyone...just a quick check in to say that I am done with my overnight to Louisville (looks lovely from a conference room and hotel room window!). We ended up at an Italian restaurant after the meeting and I had a salad with balsamic vinegar and for my entree I had cedar plank salmon with grilled veggies and the best part was that the center of the salmon was undercooked, so I ate a small portion and they took the rest back and did not charge us!! I had plenty to eat and was satisfied! This morning, I grabbed a coffee at Starbucks with soy milk and no sugar! I think that I am doing well!
At 3:00 it is off to New Hampshire...just enough time to charge my Ipod for the trip and run an errand or two...wait...I have to repack!! Ciao all! I am so jet set!

Great job eating out! Have fun in NH, that's almost my neck of the woods...we're supposed to have a beautiful weekend, so enjoy it!
