heck of a storm that went thru at midnight and this morning...goooooooood mornin everyone...and more to come...one good thing about planting plants in 5 gallon buckets you can pick em up an get them outta really bad storms...will put them back out once i find out how bad the next one is..was suppose to get 2 inches of rain..not sure what fell...grass is growin to fast now...went from brown to green over nite seems like...did get on bike to no where yesterday an do 15 min...yesterday, but paid for it rest of the day..so guess that means bike to no where is a no no on my knees...well guess i will get up an turn on tv..see what kind of damage we had in area this morning...have a great rainy day today everyone....

not happy with my eating habits yesterday either...weight is up but im sure its salt intake and hopefully can show a loss again soon...

I had a dreadful day eating yesterday too like you... I will do a cracker and diet tea type fast tomorrow I think. Thursday was just diet type drinks and water so my body was probably in shock and desperate for extra food yesterday. It's summery and beautiful here today, can't go downtown today there's a pride parade in my town, I can ride my bike on the bike trail and go to the store though and will or go for a walk this evening on the trail maybe... Hope you have a nice day... Watch it with that weight though! I hate to get on the scale myself until after I fast tomorrow! hee hee
