Ok, today was supposed to be my weigh-in, but we were up and out the door before I could say Jack Robinson, lol...then we ate fish and chips for lunch...not exactly "diet food", right, buddies? I WILL say that I stopped when I was full (too bad I wasn't wearing the skinny jeans today, I'd have gotten full a little sooner, sigh, oh well). I also didn't get my long walk in this morning, and I REALLY missed that. There was a time when I would have just said, "oh shucky darn, no walk today" so I think I've succeeded in becoming addicted, which was my goal for this summer :-) N.E. WAY, I guess I'll screw up my courage for in the morning, and weigh in a day late...now where are my rosary beads and prayer shawl! I must beg for mercy to the scale gods
