Ugh! We went down a food rabbit hole this weekend and it shows in both weight and appearance. In our defense we were on a rode trip to Phoenix AZ for my steps sons gender reveal party (first grandchild) and we got caught up in the excitement 😉. We're having a girl grand baby in February yay yay yay. So anyway, we knowing sabotaged ourselves. Today its back to a healthier way of eating and definitely more cardio to work off this gain.
