No, it's not. But 5 pounds in two weeks is pretty great. I am lucky to lose 2 pounds a month. When you lose more than two pounds a week, you are also losing muscle. You need muscle, because the more muscle you have the more calories you burn doing nothing (why men lose faster than women). Your body will lose at it's own rate. Eat healthy, exercise, and enjoy your summer. It will come off and you will look great. Patience and persistence will get you to your goal.
