Thanks so much MrsVBou,
I had to cut my calorie intake down by half to around 1000 - 1200 max:
Breakfast: 1 x apple and 1 x Banana
Lunch: salad mostly (no dressings) tomatoes, cucumber, spring onions, rocket etc, sometimes with small pice of salmon
Dinner: cut all portion sizes in half
no snacks other than fruit, nothing after dinner.
now I can look carefully at maintaining my weight and doing exercise.
