I started this journey exactly 1 month ago with a 3 day detox. My start weight was 170lb. After 3 days, I dropped to 165 and immediately started using this app to keep track of my food and exercise.
1 month later, I can proudly say that I am 10lb lighter, which is half way to my 1st goal that’s 150lb.
I haven’t seen 160 on the scale for over 2 years!
I ultimate goal is to reach 130 which is the weight I was when I first met my husband. I was so happy and confident. Although I am extremely happy with my hubby, I want to feel happy & proud about myself ❤️
