Hope everyone has had a great Mother's Day.
I decided to take the initiative (hubby away and three self-absorbed teenagers in the house) and make today a "me" day. So I went for a run this morning and then went to the pool for an hour with my book. Did my yoga tonight after dinner and had a nice bubble bath.. Watched a movie and did a little of my knitting. A little of all of my favorite things...
Did no exercise last week and ate horribly so hopefully today was a new day and the start of a new week!
