I wish all our bad days were behind us - but I don't think that will ever happen. It's impossible to have a life without food temptations. The best we can do it to plan a prepared response for when those times arise. Perfection is impossible 100% of the time. The good news is that at least now you are aware of those times and have a more responsible reaction. Think about your actions that were good - the food you wanted to eat but didn't - that should give you a boost.
