Day 2 Cycle 3....things are going better...I am learning that I need to start counting calories. I think it will help me a lot! Thanks Sparkysgirl for all your help! I am in search of a program or free site if anyone knows of one let me know.
Breakfast: 1 cup Cheerios and 1 cup Lemonade Meal #2: 1 cup fruit with 6 oz water Meal #3: 1/2 cup beans and small salad with 1 tbsp catalina dressing Snack #1: 100 cal granola bar Meal #4: turkey burger with 1/2 cup rice.
Exercise: have not done so good on getting up early to get in my cardio in the morning, but have been doing an hour at lunch ~ 30 min of cardio and 30 toning...it is working good for me though so I am ok with it. I also have softball tonight.

I have used Fitday.com and even purchsed the software that you can download right away for about 19 bucks. It keeps track of everything, including activity. You are doing such a great job, the scale should start showing that!

I agree with the calorie counting...I want to lose the fatty boy feeling, even though the weight is coming off. Stay in the zone girl and you will make it! Thomasb
