Worked out 16 more minutes on the elliptical before yoga. It was a vigorous class - lots of flow. I came home with new energy! Getting some housework done, lunch packed, and prepping supper for Wednesday evening so I can put in on time bake when I leave in the evening and then it will be ready when I come from yoga. I'm trying to get organized and plan my time for yoga and exercise!
