Alright....here is a new recipe that is really tasty!!!
I put chicken breast in the crock pot over night with less sodium chicken broth, put on low heat.
In the morning:
Cut 8 seedless grapes in half 1 skinned apple cut in small pieces 1 stalk celery cut in small pieces 2 tsp of light kraft mayo (may sub for light yogurt) Shred chicken breast. Add 1 tsp of almond for toppings
Mix together, chill for lunch
262 calories may be more if you add a little more mayo
