Some people consider what I'm doing a "crash" diet because I've suddenly decreased the amount that I'm eating by A LOT! But, I'm really just eating lean meats, TONS of low-carb veggies, and staying away from baked goods. That's a LIFESTYLE for a lot of people (obviously, it wasn't for me or I wouldn't weigh over 200 pounds). But to those nay-sayers who say that we need to eat to live and not just "diet", I say this... A diet is how a person eats. And, right now, I'm choosing fresh, non-processed foods in limited quantities.
My hope and dream is that I can continue these eating habits even after I'm done wit my "focused" period (i.e. even after I get back from Hawaii).
