I don't always believe in fate but tonight it happened. I got home early from work and had a couple drinks and ordered pizza. Right after I got a call saying they were backed up and asked if I would wait. I took it as a sign and declined. I'm so thankful that this happened. This is the sign i needed not to turn back to my old self but to keep going.

I’m so glad that you listened, you would be feeling bad this morning. I also almost said to my husband to order a takeaway last night but instead we had chicken with bacon and cheese and a large salad. I’m so glad that I didn’t give in to the voice in my head due to eating late and being hungry. I thoroughly enjoyed my tea plus I stuck to my diet 😁 Keep on going hun, you’re so worth it

Yea a very good choice to cancel the order. However, going out to grab a slice would have most likely satisfied any craving. At least that is what my dietitian told me.
