OK made it through Labor Day, which means BBQ with all the fixings(beans, potato salad, rolls, desswssseeeerrrrts ...whew!! Could have done better...could have definitely done worse. Back on track tomorrow and not going to worry about what I ate today. It's only food, we celebrate holidays with family, friends and food, I am going to be grateful I have plenty of both!!
