Ran 4.5 miles today which is the farthest I have ever run. Decided to register for a 10 Mile race at the end of October. I’m probably crazy for doing that but at least now I have a goal!! Keeping on track diet wise this week. Need to work on my water intake though... definitely felt tonight after my run.

Btw, I registered for a Virtual 5k and 10k that both have to be completed by next Saturday!!😬😬 I honestly think I’ve lost my mind!! I’ll keep y’all posted as to how it goes!!
