Today is my 3rd wedding anniversary and I'm 20 lbs heavier than I am when I got married. Yikes! Ever since changing jobs in July '11, the weight has slowly crept up. My new job is so sedentary! And now that I don't have to work nights and weekends, I'm enjoying libations more.
I've outlined some goals to help me get on track...
drink 64 oz of water/day (this is very challenging) eat clean eat as many raw veggies as possible significantly cut back alcohol (current avg 1-2 drinks/day) walk the stairs for 30 min @ work 4x/wk weight train 3x/wk Do some sort of exercise while watching tv
