I'm baaaack 😔😪 so after a year of no gym, not really tracking what was going in my mouth, giving more priority to work and just not being able to balance my time I've gone back to this weight. Buuuuut I've been going gym this week and have made a decision that I will stick by! I won't give in this time and I've finally realised it's okay if it takes long - I was so obsessed with the scale during my previous weightloss (at times weighing myself everyday!) I didn't see the non scale victories (which are apparent in photos - my face slimmed down so much 😭) and slowly I got demotivated. It's also about the health benefits and just having the energy! I'm so excited for this time as I know I'm not expecting a quick fix but a journey. It'll be hard but I can do it 😁💪
