I thought I would take a peek weigh in before my actual weigh in to be recorded and I don't get it, I really haven't lost...what am I doing wrong?

That was before dinner, I know to do it first thing in the morning so yea, me mad ate a little bit more at dinner than what I should :(

First of all, don't stress out. I always have to remind myself not to focus on the small picture - just the big picture, like monthly losses or inches lost. Second, see if you can push yourself toward a bit less carbs, a bit more protein, a bit more fiber, a bit more water. I find that this helps me lose a bit faster (and I am NOT an Adkins advocate). Third, see if you can boost your activity a little. Again, I'm not criticizing, just suggesting what's worked for me. I find I have to eat 1200-1500 calories a day AND exercise regularly (5 days a week) to see significant, consistent weight loss. I'm down about 25 pounds in 4 months, but I often bump up and down on the scale depending on the time of month. Anyway, keep going! You can do this!
