I'm feeling like a slug this week, i can't seem to get up and workout. maybe its the time change? or the fact that DH sets the alarm and hits snooze all morning, you just dont feel refreshed with BEEP-BEEP-BEEP every 9 minutes (hmmmm note to self maybe that means get your butt out of bed). I have been walking later, but its just important that i get up and workout. I need to tone up some, cuz ewww i have some interesting flab now (since it used to be filled with fat and now its not). and for almost 2 weeks, i'll be away from home and without my exercise gear unless i throw the weights, step and mat into the van, it might take too much room though. but i'll be working on the house, painting, drywalling, doing the floor (that'll count towards exercise points)
