Hey Tony, excellent job!!!! I am sooo glad that Ian put me on this site with you two. You both are an excellent inspiration for me. So much to look at and read, etc. sadly I just don't have that kind of time right now. It takes enough time just to plan WHAT to eat WHEN, and my Douglas eats very different from me. Then just going out shopping and putting everything away is a great portion of my day. I just can't move as fast as I used to, especially walking. It's amazing how much better a person feels when you eat the right kind of foods to stay healthy. Good luck. any tips are appreciated. i know you have a very busy schedule with work and then planning all of this!!! Take care, hugs, linda
