I'm not going to get too excited about this morning's weigh-in, because I always end up going up a bit over the weekend, and it's only official when it shows on a Monday morning! However, it's great to be so tantalisingly close to my next mini goal of 11 stone.
I did my scheduled workout yesterday - another 20 minute Dyna-Band session, this time working on my thighs and stomach. I stuck 100% to my diet plan, although I've counted my overall performance as "reasonable", since I did have a reasonable quantity of champagne, in celebration of finally finding out how much my bonus will be when it arrives next week!
