when i weighed myself this morning and realise that i have gained weight that made me realise that I am not far from gaining back all that 15kg I lost I mean I have gained almost 2kg since my last weigh in and I can that I have gained yes i loosen a bit over the weekend I everything that I was not suppose to but really I would be such a waste of time and energy and all the effort I have put in to loose so much weight. So family I did relax a bit and ate the wrong things it must now not develop into a habit.I started last year this at 99.5 kg and now I have lost almost 15kgs yes I did weigh 84kgs at some point .So I have been thinking I have done this before why not try just for one month .So today I weighed 86.somthng kg I want to be at 79kg by end of Nov is it possible Yes ,with a sugar free diet for just one month.So from today 1st October 2018. 1.No soda drinks,no juice only water 2.No starch /carbs after 3pm 3.No dairy (milk and family ) 4.no eating out 5.no junk food
So lets try just for a month am not a photo person but will take for before and after .whos with me .We can do this .
