Weight is staying where I want it to be at; between 142-144. Weight 143 this morning. Thought it would be more with the extra calories taken in for biking and my fingers were puffy this morning so I knew I was retaining alot of fluid. Rode my bike to work this morning - 24 miles. Will try to ride a few extra on the way home to get in an even 50. The wind is already picking up this morning - but I'll have a nice tailwind on the way home!
I just thought of a good way to motivate myself to maintain this weight. I reached goal at the same time as my grandson was born - he is now 8 1/2 weeks old. I want him to only know me at this weight! As he grows - I'll work hard to NOT grow!
