Not a good start to my thanksgivings
weekend :( super stressed=over eating.i started my day off great and had a veggie burger in a lettuce wrap for lunch but it all went down hill from there😭I think I didn’t eat my usual breakfast which is usually high in protein and now I’ve eaten a bag of chicharrones and started eating ice cream ( coconut milk ice cream ) but all I can think
Of is how I’m going to wreck my whole weekend. Gawd this is hard !!

We have visitors this weekend. I feel embarrassed weighing my food in front of people . Plus I know there will be lots of eating. I will try my best though. You do the same😁

I am bringing my own food to my in laws this weekend! Pre measures and ready to go within my macros!

Let’s just get right back to the pan tomorrow. I had an indulgence tonight too but I didn’t log my food tonight. I’m okay with it because I have been eating very well for the last while. But tomorrow...game on!
